7.21.2017 Weekly( ish ) Food Truck Visit and Recap #1 - Twisted Catfish For the first entry in the "Weekly( ish ) Food Truck Visit and Recap," I went to the Twisted Catfish food truck. Twisted Catfish was founded in 2015 by two brothers, Neil and Tim Cour-Palais, and features cleverly twisted menu items like the asian infused "H-Ton Tacos," which is a play on wonton nachos, and also the artery clogging "Filthy Cat Taco" ...it's topped with freaking mac n cheese, bacon, and sirarcha mayo. For my meal(s) I opted for two menu choices - the "Catfish Basket" and the "Not So Filthy Cat Tacos." "But why did you get the catfish basket at a place called Twisted Catfish...that is so basic." One - if you cannot make a good CATFISH basket, then you should not have a CATFISH food truck. Two - it was a pretty damn good catfish basket.
